Public Service Announcement: My old bandmates, The Joneses, are headlining the Whiskey A-Go-Go on Friday night. Jeff Drake is a long-time Stones devotee and the band is in fine form. It's an old comparison but The Joneses always bring to mind the New York Dolls with a healthy dose of Jason and the Scorchers.

You'll hear Let It Rock, Route 66, Crocodile Rock, Your Cheating Heart and popular originals like Pillbox, She's So Filthy and, of course, T-ts and Champagne.

Band goes on at 11.

Excellent. Rt 66 even has a Jagger accent on the vocals, but they make the song their own. Which album cover are you on Glimmerman?
