Nice read on Elvis P. His early albums are well worth listening to as there are any number of great r&b tunes and such to create a classic Elvis mix tape. Oh, boy, am I dating myself saying mix tape. That's the way it was at one time boys and girls, you made yourself feel good (some of y'all know what I mean), clamped on headphones and made your own groove, no algorithms involved. But, I digress. Check out early Elvis, cherry pick his albums from the 1960s, early 1970s. There's gold in them hills and vinyl grooves.
