I'm still in doubt about this. They never ever played two shows in the same city in Austria and 1973 was the only year where they did two shows in Austria at all.
The stadium -Camp Nou- will be open in mid-February but there have been many delays until now. Hopefully by May the team will be back in its stadium and the show/shows will take place in Estadi Olimpic. That's important because actually Barcelona FC is playing in Estadi Olimpic ....

That was "about a hundred years ago" by my calculation. Maybe our boys are getting smart and receiving break$ from cities in exchange for playing twofers and bringing in tens of thousands of visitors during their weeklong residency. It's also less travel hassle for them.
Two shows in Vienna would certainly mean no shows in Eastern European countries such as Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Croatia, Slovenia etc.
Always keep in mind that BV sometimes put a mistake in his list to then see which newspaper picks it up.

It's about demand. And if there's higher demand for Coldplay then no marketing will help you to sell the double amount of tickets except maybe call it officially a farewell tour. But I hope our boys never do that. Let's see what will happen with a second Vienna show...
Just please note that mentioned countries are NOT "Eastern European..", they are CENTRAL Eastern European..be precise.

Bruce immediately sells out stadiums here in Germany while the Stones struggled last time to fill up Munich and Gelsenkirchen. In Munich there were thousands of cheaper seats available in the weeks before the concert and the official numbers of sold tickets prove this. They even had discounted tickets for 89€ via a local newspaper Sale.

But you must take into account that Olympiastadion Munich was one of the locations with a very large capacity with more than 70k (not 50k as written by bv in the tourpage) it's much easier to sell out small sized stadiums.

They could sell out in minutes, but that is not the game plan if you want to maximize ticket prices.
The only thing which is left to further optimize is dynamic pricing. Which is happening more and more. Let's hope it's not that bad for this 2025 tour.
But those seats were never 500€ or something like that. Original prices were 150€ and 240€ which is quite a normal price. They were not able to sell them at that price because they demand was not there.
The same thing was visible at many concerts last year in the States. While the high priced tickets especially pit were hard to get there we're many Tickets available for as low as 100$ and just didn't sell good. My assumption is there's a limited demand in quantity but the people who go are willing to pay a very high amount of money.
The Stones are able to play back to back dates with other artists. They would even be able to play a concert, let another act play the next day and then play another concert a few days later.

Maybe after Guns n Roses (July 24) if they get the stage ready in 2 days, maybe the concerts on July 27 and 31?
