No ways there is a tour in plans.
But there're strong hints for Munich and Vienna.
Paris on 17th may Stade de France. It might be the opening night

New 'insider'-infos here [www.oe24.at]
According to reliable sources there are plans for a 14-gig-tour between May and September 2025.
Ernst-Happel-Stadion in Vienna seems to be reserved from August 10-12.
An official announcement isn't expected before February 25.

May to September for 14 Dates? That's a Concert per week. I bet they just took the list that was posted here before and made an article out of it.

The article actually says that there will be at least 14 gigs

There is a tour planned. Here comes the but: But - it might never happen. That is because plans might change, the global situation or European situation might change, health might change and so on.
So it is fair to say: There is a tour planned. And it fair to say: The tour might never happen. Both things are true at the same time.
Most of us really want the tour to happen - so keep up the good spirits.

with all these other big acts announcing tours it should become relatively easy to guess where and when the Stones are (not) going to do shows…

Well, in our country Springsteen and Guns'n'Roses play big outoor gigs on the same day...I know, strange. Why would they pick the same date for Guns, when Bruce's date is known since May? They play a huge outdoor venue and they need all the casual fans and casual concert-goers to somehow fill it. Many of them have bouht their Springsteen tickets long ago. I can't see enough of die-hard Guns' fans to fill the field. But what do I know?

Just looked at GNR's 2016-2019 tour dates. In Europe for one round of shows they had two opening acts. Other dates had just one opening act, quite a few, including The Cult, ZZ Top, Lenny Kravitz and The Who!
Odd though - the European shows had much bigger audiences than anywhere else and all but one were sold out. In North America they're either in NFL stadiums with only 35000 or so available. What's the point of that!? Oh right - it's the gargantuan stage. Only two or three of those sold out.
There's demand but not, apparently, what Axl thinks. It's amazing people pay to hear a cat screech through a microphone.

There are no even decent rumours, you have two weeks to Christmas.
Simply no way that any tour will happen. They either have other plans (new album?) or something else. How long before the actual tour announcement we get BV rumours? Most of you even got to book hotels in the rumoured show locations. Now, nothing like that. No ways there is a tour in plans.

Two more cents: the same week the RS will be in Rome, Eric Clapton plays in Milan on Wednesday. Now, I can’t decide if I’d better buy tickets for Clapton or not…
On top of that, will they find a way to host him, in Rome. The plot thickens…

It would be really cool to hear Clapton guest on a RS gig again. For example Little Red Rooster or even Wild Horses? Maybe he can sing that one too.

No, not really. The city of Munich will allow in 2025 the Allianz Arena as an alternative to Olympic Stadium for concerts. The Stones would have the choice between them.
Guns N' Roses will play on June, 20th at Allianz Arena while Robbie Williams plays at Olympic Stadium on July, 6th.

To be precise, the Allianz Arena was never intended or allowed for concerts. The temporary change is only because of the renovation of the Olympic Stadium. And who knows what the concert acoustics of the Allianz Arena will be.

I think we have “decent” rumors. I don’t see the problem rn. Christmas is around the corner and things are relatively quiet from them. I’m fairly confident right after New Years you’ll get Mick and Keith posting a video with a see you soon message. It’ll fall into place
