This is a strange album. I like Woods solo work. But on some songs of "Live and eclectic", especially "Josephine", RW is that drunk, that he only manages to slur out some words. I do not know why he released that recording.

Bought the download at junodownload and it sounds great.
Ladyland
Bernard takes Flying to a whole new level. On the boot there were more songs - it is a shame Ronnie did not make them available with this release.

You really must be listening to another release than I am...I find this release fantastic -the playing is fantastic, Wood sings fantastic, it really is an amazing record. I find his Slide on This album fantastic, and this live release is a great companion to it.
Slide on This, Live at Electric Ladyland and Wandering Spirit are just about the best things any of the Stones have released in the 1990's.

So I will check if I might have remembered another album. I listened to Slide on this for years, and many live recordings. RW did many great performances, sometimes, especially in the nineties, he was too drunk. If I messed something up - sorry.

I prefer Ronnie drunk as it happens, before the days of drawing setlists and constantly putting annoying clips on social media on the way to the gig.
Ronnie was rock and roll back in the day, and he never missed a show no matter how drunk. Gotta love him.

Agreed, Ronnie on his way to being another rock 'n' roll casualty was so much cooler than having him still alive, playing well, and enjoying life and family.
