Keith's" new" Tele ?

Anybody know anything about that slab board 1960 style Custom Tele with the pearl guard that's appeared on the scene ?
Same bare brass bridge as fitted to Micawber and looks like it also has a lap steel pickup [looks like just two fixing screws in the photos I've clocked ]
It kind of has the look of some "master built" Custom Shop Relic...but maybe somebody has the story ?
