I'm surprised to read that both Pits were oversold, I've certainly never experienced that myself (granted, only 7 shows) and can't remember ever reading about that here ?! Must be a Vegas thing ;-) Hope it's a one-off in any case.

Really looking forward to your full video.
I've held off looking at any of the individual clips as it will be much more fun to see the show as a whole.

I like the song a lot but it's really pushing Mick's range live, I'd say it's the only song where he struggles, which is amazing when you think of it, i.e. that he "seems" (lots of work to make it happen) to breeze through all the rest.

It's one thing to say we don't go to Stones shows to listen to perfection but you expect to not cringe yes.
There are moments I've flown, travelled, stayed in hotels and paid thousands in total to see them only to discover Ronnie's drunk and Keith's away with the fairies.

They've certainly been guilty of doing that but I can't really recall any time where it affected their performances, apart from maybe Ronnie at the Olympia where he got completely lost during a song, was that "Hand of Fate" in 2003 ?

It's been a few days...
My last gig was Miami 2019, pre-Covid and before the death of Charlie. Never thought I'd see them again, by choice.

I am so happy and fortunate to have seen this Las Vegas concert. This show was astounding to me. A quick last-minute trip put together with my son, who just graduated from college, his third show and my thirty-fourth. Very powerful and very emotional to see these guys up on stage again absolutely kicking ass and having fun doing it.

Mick's onstage presence defies all logic. Keith's unexpected version of You Got the Silver brought tears to my eyes. Ronnie, in all his glory, pausing to look me straight in the eyes filled me with utter joy. I really do love this band. The Rolling Stones are the greatest rock and roll band in the world.

The comradery of the fans, seeing old friends and making new ones, is so special these days. I am very grateful.

Yes we do go back and forth, it's fascinating, we love the same band but usually for different reasons, that's why you can learn a lot here, there i am enjoying Micks solo albums these days, i never thought that possible.

That's something. Mick's albums are all over the place, with exception to WANDERING SPIRIT. To this day I still think SHE'S THE BOSS is his worst.

Keith's albums are solid.

The new songs are getting played better each time. Obviously, as Mick gestured towards Ronnie in Angry, things still need to improve - they're battling new vs everything else they could practically play in their sleep.

Angry is excellent though - nice breakdown, with just the kick - getting the crowd going (I guess), Mick more in key. It's anthemic. It should be up there with Start Me Up in terms of UP!

Yeah. You Tube. Here is the link. Should be able to simply click on the video and then choose to view in You Tube. This is ad free I think but I do use an ad blocker on Firefox browser. Works well here in east coast Canada. Enjoy...
