Yes i think you might be right, it's good to know Keith is on his way back to form, were we ever in doubt, he had me worried for a couple shows, but he's definitely back

Just caught the last 4 songs tonight. Looks like a fine setlist. Seems like they are rotating 3-4 different songs every show. Can't wait for Seattle!

Keith is certainly back in the room . For all sorts of reasons, we abandoned LV trip , but have to say that I would have been slightly disappointed set list wise . Very safe . I thought we'd have seen more new numbers but Mick is terrified of any sort of energy drop .
I know it's easy to criticize from a computer screen and I'm sure if I'd been there , I'd have had a blast . Long live the Human Riff !

Just got back - a few thoughts. Bear in mind I hadn't listened to any tour recordings/videos before my first show...

- Overall, thought it was very good, and very loose. There were a few enjoyable screw-ups... they couldn't work out how to end LSTNT; Keith started YGMR before Mick had chance to announce the song vote, and gave him a lovely 'ah shucks, sorry' grin and carried on; Keith finished YGTS too soon, and they even stumbled a bit on the end of JJF. No disasters (you'd need to know the band well to spot any of these) and each time they had a great laugh about it, which was lovely to see.
- I thought Keith (who I watch for about 90% of the show) looked well. I'd read about him looking a bit off to start the tour but I thought he looked himself tonight, smiling and a bit of posing. I also thought he played pretty well. He started GS seated, which I thought looked very good (sounded good too).
- Angry and Mess It Up worked way better live than I expected them too. Angry has really become a rough guitar song; thought Mick sang it very well too.
- Mick commented several times that this was the "rowdiest" crowd of the tour so far ("I mean, we've enjoyed the other shows too...") and that seemed to inspire him. Thought he was good throughout, but MY (!!) stuck out to me (in a good way).
- GOOMC worked well; I felt Steve's drumming on it was a subtle tribute to Charlie.
- Was disappointed to get LARS, but Mick and Keith sang into the same mic together, which always makes me misty-eyed (Plus two songs - LARS+LSTNT - with Keith backing vocals).
- Highlights for me were the two new songs in the main set, YGTS before the abrupt ending and I thought JJF was immense. But even songs I don't care for were done well and I enjoyed them all.

A few negatives:
- I liked the opening to T&A but thought it went nowhere fast after that.
- I'm not convinced by SSOH. I know what they are trying to do - and credit to them for trying it - but don't think it works so well live, and definitely not first encore (I might be tempted to do it before YCAGWYW for a gospel double header).
- A lot of people aren't going to like this comment, but I really didn't like Chanel. Way too over the top. Felt very Broadway musical. Much preferred Sasha.
- Finally, a significant negative but not (directly) on the band - Pit A was WAY too full. There was barely any room to move. People were generally very well behaved but it was really hard to enjoy the show because it was so crammed. If that is what it is like every show, I may end up giving the pit a miss for the rest of the tour.

Overall, though, a really good show. I wasn't fully sure about flying over to Vegas and only decided to do it a couple of weeks ago. Very glad I did; thought it was a really lively performance.

Keith's solo's on Sympathy were very good although he sounded like he was turned down on the second one until late on that solo.
It appears Keith plays much better with the bandana hehe.

Seriously though it looks like you guys are in for a great tour, Mick and Ronnie seem to have more energy than the last tour, Steve is really drumming well now and Chanel Haynes is such an asset, a real pro giving new life to GS. Enjoy people because this really is a miracle.

Great show. But Pit B was way oversold. It was also the rudest crowd I’ve ever seen in over 50 shows. People would come in with beers pretending to be on their way back to where they were supposedly were before and then position themselves 2 inches in front of you. It wasn’t ever that bad even in the 70s and 80s general admission shows. By the way, there was a Real VIP section just behind Pit B with various celebrities and what looked like Instagram influencers.
