The interest of the Mick Taylor era - they need to stop screwing around and release whatever unreleased live and studio material there is from 1971-1974 because the people that are interested are not going to be interested for much longer if nothing happens sooner than later.

They're not Elvis.

What SSRI are you on, or are you suffering from autism ? The crux of the Mick Taylor era is not about Taylor's playing with the Stones only, but what Taylor played between ca 1967 and the mid 9-tees.The Stones made Taylor famous. That's all. Try to see the bigger picture if you can

I find it extremely likely that not many are interested in what Mick Taylor did pre and post Stones in regard to his time with the Stones, which therefor means there is no crux, which is what I simply stated.

After doing a little research to understand your Van Allen radiation exposure I came to a conclusion that if I were to be on something hopefully it would be Escitalopram, Vilazodone, Citalopram or Sertraline. The other ones I looked up are seemingly some heavy shit.

The appreciation of Mick Taylor's playing is based on the quality of his playing between say, 1967 and the mid 9tees, not on the quantity or amount of listeners. Not so easy to get through the brains of an autistic person it seems.

The appreciation of his playing is however people want it to be - 1971-1974 with The Rolling Stones, in particular, nothing else - I couldn't be any more clear. Whatever amount of people it is that love that era. It's not about the quality - that's in print - the point that you refuse to get is - release whatever's left that's worth releasing.

You should attempt to cognize. If it works it will help.

There's the goddamn Mick Taylor page for stroking off about his other work as well - that's where you should be running your noodling mouth about, how you put it - "ca 1967 and the mid 9-tees".

You should have the tic in your cognition examined.

Of course, but that is understood to be safe even if we do not know the date it will be published.

As I said before, other artists like Dylan, combine new studio albums with archival material without the slightest problem.

Well. This is a forum and everyone can chime in all they want. And it is ok to snap and ok to ask someone to try not to use insults on here. smileys with beer

And now - back to the topic.
How about a deluxe re-issue of Love You Live with some unreleased Paris 76? We would all enjoy that. Plus maybe some extra or original Andy Warhol art.

yes i have something else

please don't use autistic as an insult

i have rather unpleasant memory's of being mocked for my own autism i'd prefer if others didn't make an insult out of an immutable neurological trait that i and others suffer from through no fault of our own

i'm sure you can find another insult to use

I've been involved with charities for autistic people. I do understand your crystal clear answer - and while I am not Taylor's biggest admirer, what you said in your crystal clear answer has no relevance to my original post, which has zero to do with depression etc pills. You could've actually been funny about it, even though there's no context for it other than your ism about more, which, again, has zero relevance, but you were specific and got shitty. You can continue to project for whatever reasons you do but I certainly have no idea why your train jumped the tracks about something specific.

Oh. Well, I was only acknowledging that era (I didn't include 1969-70 because there isn't anything "more") because there is more that could come out. Way more could happen with the Ronnie era though and it's arguably even in terms of material that has been released, which is really a bit odd, especially since they've, so far, ignored some outstanding pieces of work and put out some real snoozers (SOME GIRLS).

i seem to recall some comments about there being issues with the tapes for the show from the 4th

what i was proposing (with the understanding that it's highly unlikely) is that they do a super deluxe of love you live with with a complete show from 75, 76 and both el mocambo shows (perhaps with the stadium sound effect removed)

and if posible a disc of tracks from the various tour rehearsals between 1975-77

they have re-packaged live albums before in super deluxe releases

They haven't reissued any live albums as a super deluxe.

Partially because there's probably no need to: STILL LIFE, well, there's two full live albums from 1981 and 1982.

FLASHPOINT has Atlantic City and Tokyo.

NO SECURITY, there's BEUNOS AIRES, BREMEN and SAN JOSE.

LOVE YOU LIVE has LA FRIDAY and MOCAMBO.

LIVE LICKS has NYC and WILTERN.

Amazingly they didn't release a live album from the VOODOO LOUNGE tour (at the time, of course) but now there's VOODOO LOUNGE LIVE from the Miami PPV.

Perhaps one thing they could do regarding the pre-vault/etc live releases is a compilation of the rest of the tracks they either worked on or considered for the live album - the live B-sides from the FLASHPOINT singles alone could be one short album.
