Its all a matter of perception. If anything makes you feel the same way you did when you first heard Satisfaction, then thats it. Cant say I listen to much new music but in the last 10 years, Rammstein and Supergrass had almost the same effect. Probably some other stuff that I cant really think about, not in the mood to dissect my whole collection.

the stones already did when they put out DON'T STOP ...i can't help it if the public didn't like it ....a great rock tune

Stop with "Don't Stop" as being the next "Satisfaction." It's a simple little diddy in open G tuning.Nothing spectacular.
