LD wristbands and PIT wristbands were the same color (with different writing on them however).

Question about picking up the lucky dips. My address and the card I paid on have both changed since I bought them. I've tried contacting AXS about it but to no avail. Are they just checking the name and reference number on the email confirmation?

Had to work at home in Charleston, SC today. Just got into my hotel in Richmond, VA. Gonna sleep in before a 4 hour drive tomorrow.

I've done Lucky Dip 11 times. Tomorrow will be the 12th. Last show of the summer for me. Never received pit tickets. Let's hope tomorrow is the day!

Sorry to hear but back of the pit is better than almost any seat in the house. I'd love to be there!

They usually only check your ID. I don't think the mailing / billing address having changed matters. Of course, you could still bring the card you used back when you bought the tickets - just to be safe.

But in my experience they only care about your ID. You should be good.

Yes, in Seattle only ID. Not even the Ticketmaster scan on your phone.

In my experience every place is different. I’d bring photo copies of original purchase etc just in case.. My last LD I didn’t even have to show my ID, she just asked my name and handed them over, but I’ve also had to show the credit card, ID etc

same in Europe (or at least at the places I been to – Germany, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, England, Ireland)

In any case they won't verify the billing address on the card. If they even want to look at your card, they'll probably just check the last four digits.

They don't actually check if the card works or anything like that, so even if the card you used to purchase your LDs has expired, just bring the expired one.

I wanna say that on previous tours they had printed out lists with people's names and the last four digits of the cards used for purchase.

In Orlando they just asked for ID.

In Philly the guy just asked for ID. I asked him for Pit & he handed me Pit B. Brilliant

Yeah, no sweat. They have so many people to go through anyway, they don't have the time to be too meticulous. Especially with the pick-up times being as late as they have been on this tour (6 PM I believe has been the norm.)

And if for some reason they ask for the card you'll just say you lost it.

Got Pit A in Philly - super excited!
Got right down front, but will admit about 1/2 way thru I had to move back to the fringes, and was able to sit for a song. It wasn’t overcrowded or ‘rough’ or anything - it’s just physically taxing, waiting 2+ hours for them to hit the stage (not until 9:30p). But interesting, that even moving toward the back of the Pit (closer than 99% of the stadium), it seems so much further away than the thrill of being almost on the rail. So the Pit is unreal - but you do work for it.

My Lucky Dip results so far: Pit B in both Las Vegas and Philly, side view 100s (really good seats I thought) for both Metlife shows.

Managed Pit A in Cleveland!

we had side view section 135b in Cleveland, nice ones!

Mine for Cleveland were pretty underwhelming, highest level (Section 507), side of the stage... could only see musicians when they ventured forward of video screens and speaker columns.

Picked up at 7:45 and was side view section 106.

And that is why I will no longer buy a pit ticket. you spend the whole show trying to preserve your space because people have sneaked in. If you are too aggressive at defending yourself, you will be the one kicked out.
