I have this problem with Ticketmaster. You should be able to get to your tickets through their webpage. I see a link for tickets when I log in on a browser. Open your browser on your phone, go to AXS website, log in, and you should see your tickets, if available. Hope this helps.
They are getting back to me in a couple days.
The main they can see that i trying to log in but somehow it wont let me

Would love to see Bill but won’t happen he’s scared of heights.
Found it curious that after 3 decades of touring he develops acrophobia.

Make sure there's a "verification phone" number in your profile settings and/or that it is valid. Ideally, the app will send a code to that number after you've logged in. If that fails, try uninstalling/reinstalling the app.

Reset password, clean cookies, disable any VPNs, etc? These ticketing sites are annoying as hell. If all this fails, try email - support@axs.zendesk.com - which you may have already done. I got a reply in 4 days and after that they were quite good.

No opening acts announced yet but Buddy Guy is playing Austin the Saturday before opening night Sunday in Houston... potential I think.

I did wonder. I think sadly Buddy may be on the wrong side of the line now when it comes to performing and may go the way of Chuck Berry. Would imagine they would announce soon anyway.

Of note, TM no longer lists platinum in its filters (at least on Van and Vegas, which I looked at). There are resale, packages, and 'standard admission'. SA includes platinum.
(It does show as 'official platinum' if you hover over a specific seat but, still, more misdirection).
