Hello, I had "Fiskepudding" which is a stew of fish, milk and a little wheat to keep it together. Its completely white. Served with potatoes (although I prefer bread), vegetables and a tomato-sauce. Yes and beans. Coffee instead of water as I was a bit tired. This is a new standard for threads, at least its better than the recent ones. What about you? Anybody like to share their dinner?
i went to a restaurant in chinatown in toronto called Pho Hung. Ironically, its a vietnamese restaurant. had chicken curry vermicelli. we then went to a pub near my school and got drunk.
What an odd coincidence, I also had a white, stew-like substance containing seafood during my last meal, in my case clam chowder. Also had a chicken sandwich. And a cranberry muffin.
Now I have enough strength to keep from passing out when I see another thread about censorship or whether the Stones should give away free tickets to all those who can't afford even a $90 nosebleed ticket for a show. The Stones are thinking about doing a free show for the ticket price whiners, but I must warn you, they are going to let the Hells Angels provide security, and they are once again being paid in beer.
Limbostone, I gladly pay a high price for the norwegian Fiskepudding. If the stores selled it cheap, it would be bought up by scalpers. The e-bay Fiskepudding is probably from scalpers in Denmark or Sweden, and the taste isnt something to brag about. Norwegian pudding is expensive, I know, but you know what you are paying for.
I had Blodpudding (Blood pudding, or Blood bread). Awful but filling me belly all da way. For lunch: nice Hungarian meatballs, spicey... and nice pasta with lots of parmesaaaaaan. Drinks: scotch, lime, coke, beer, wine and dime. Pills: Speed. Powders: Coke and now Horse to smooth things down a bit.
I had noodles (too salty) with zucchini (mushy) and some pasta bolognese... All in all it could've been better, but I couldn't be bothered to really cook.
we're odd? i've met some of them in person and they're a little odd (but most are very nice and normal!). one of them was talking to me like he thought he was in the band - using the term "we" for describing some of the antics of the band! but i hope you don't think vegetarians are odd - we're actually enlightened to how animals are treated in factory farms, how the environment suffers as a result of the meat industry, and how the veg. diet improves health...and i don't intend to start a thread on this...
Just had a bowl of vegetable soup ... my first "cruelty-free" meal of the day. I must have been inspired by the vegetarian talk above. I like this thread, it guarantees that I'll have something to contribute to the board at least 2-3 times per day, because that is generally how often I eat.
Perhaps seeing my meals in print will inspire me to eat better. After all, who wants to sit down and type "bag of pork rhindes, six pack of Budweiser and two sticks of beef jerky?" All in all I like this thread, it's ridiculous and practical at the same time. Let's keep it going longer than the hair implants thread!

the vermicelli and the chicken is great, but what makes it even better is the curry sauce.
its like the chicken and the vermicelli are the congas and piano in SFTD,
