I'll start, got the German Boxset this morning and it arrived in a HUGE package :
As mentioned by bv the 64 page book is great with some insight on the songs that had (incredibly given the amount of press they did) not been revealed yet, notably for "Get Close" and "Driving me Too Hard", I posted the info in the dedicated threads.

I went in for all versions of the poster - the German exclusive, the regular, and of course the lenticular, as those seem to only increase in value!!!!

Got the guitar picks box, the t-shirt, a shopping bag, the black vinyl with standard cover, the jewel case cd and the blu ray box set.
