Well if the numbers are correct, they recorded 23 songs, used 12 BUT 2 were from previous sessions with Charlie so only 10 used from the current sessions so still 13 songs not used from these sessions.
Assuming they use a couple of additional Charlie tracks from previous sessions still a plethora of music to choose from for a second album.
He did say during the "after" interviews that the second Macca track would be on the next album so it's a bit more than "enough songs for two albums".
The fact that no bonus tracks are announced for the "Boxed" Edition whereas they released UTR and WDWGH almost immediately with ABB would tend to show they're keeping tracks for a future release.

I actually would prefer they NOT release any more singles. Just so that when I get the album, all bar Angry are FRESH. Because I KNOW if they do, and apparently ARE, releasing another, I’ll just HAVE to listen!!
