I'm a pre-9th may member, and i would like to visit the Paris show. But my presale-code is unvalid(ticketnet.fr said so)
The code, which i've got on may 10th, is still the same, and was not changed...

What should I do???

Please, help me!!

log in to rollingstones.com, go to the tickets page, click "get tickets" for the show you want, tick agree to the conditions, then click get code and it will give you a new code BUT FOR THAT SHOW ONLY.

To review your assigned Passcode please visit your My Tickets area.

And if than i visit this area it appears everytime the same (since may 10) presale-code...

The reason this happens is becauise when you took out a second or third or fourth membership - you probably used the same username and password. If you did, then the fan club still links the original (first) code they gave you with your username/password, and that is why you get that message. Hope this helps !

hmm..yes, it could so...but i haven't more than one membership...

I´m a pre 9 may member and I haven´t used my code yet. Yesterday I checked RS.com "my profile" or whatever it was and when I checked "my tickets" there was my NEW code!
Without going to "get tickets"...

yes, but those bastards of rollingstones.com haven't change mine...

Make sure you type it out exactly as they gave it to you - its case sensitive!
Otherwise I can't see why it shouldn't function

Hi everybody,

please do me a huge favour and help me out (before I become frantic)!

I'm a platinum member since May 20th and received a pre-sale code by email a day after registration - perfect.
Today when I tried to use it first for my long awaited Vienna-gig, the Oeticket.com pre-sale page says "You are not allowed to order tickets for the The Rolling Stones - A Bigger Bang European Tour, MEMBER-PRESALE event. The access code is invalid!"

Anything I forgot to do or can it be that the code is only valid for the U.S. Tickets?

Fred, doesn't the Vienna sale for post-may-10th members start later on? about 50 minutes from now, according to rs.com ...

I have a question about that memberships.
Some time I received a membership from someone who bought a ticket in the US - now, when I go to the pre-sales I get the box to get a code for a pre-sale. Does this mean that this membership actually works to buy tickets? I don't dare to try testing to get a code as I would want to save it for a later show!!
