SIR Mick Jagger seems to experience a lot of Satisfaction as he celebrates his 80th birthday yesterday.

The beaming Rolling Stones frontman posed in a burgundy suit for a portrait shot.

Mick captioned the snap, by US photographer Mark Seliger: “Thanks so much for all your lovely comments and birthday wishes.”

Bandmate Keith Richards, 79, played a piano tune for him in a video and said: “Long may we keep saying this to each other. Happy Birthday, Mick.

"Have another good one. And give me a call. Let me know what it’s like.”

Mick celebrated with family including girlfriend Melanie Hamrick, 36 — and was thrilled to receive a lifetime box at The Oval cricket ground in South London.

A source said: “Mick is a huge cricket fan and has always wanted a box at The Oval. His family have been trying to get him one for years but demand is huge and the waiting list massive.

“They finally secured one and Mick was bowled over when he was told about it on his birthday.

“He has previously borrowed boxes from pals including Sir Tim Rice but now he has one of his own.”

Boxes at the ground, the home of Surrey County Cricket Club, start at around £6,000 for the day. They include a private balcony with pitch views, drinks, lunch and tea.

Mick’s first cricket game was at The Oval aged eight.

Last month he was there to watch Australia take on India.

He has said of his own cricket skills: “I was a bit of an all-rounder. I loved playing.”

He will continue his celebrations with a party at Chelsea Physic Garden, West London, this week.
