Did she ever interview (one of) the Stones?

Yes, Ronnie Wood (on the same show as Jerry Hall, if memory serves me well), can't find it on YT though.

Barry Humphries was truly great. Here's an off-colour joke from Sir Les:

An incredibly funny man. We’ll never see his like again.

Rest in peace, Barry Humphries

Sad to hear ..... so many characters ... so many laughs
Dame Edna with Gloria Swanson talking about her silent period
was wild ....Man that one went way way over their heads ...

He had a special love for Australia esp Melbourne

Over the years would often brush past him in antique
stores or one of the many quaint old back street
book shops that were once spread through the heart of the city ....
Always received a jovial polite hello from him ....

Safe journey Barry and thanks for all the laughs

Gonna miss ya

Only saw glimpses of him in the States. Might have gotten more coverage here if he'd come along later. We have a lot more channels now and we get Graham Norton.

Yeah, Bill Wyman was once in the audience and was singled out by Dame Edna for a little banter. Seemed to enjoy himself, ol' Bill.

I was lucky enough to catch his last ever performance in a London theatre, this was some years ago. My friends and I were in the very front row, and during Sir Les' memorable stint, we were cra**ing ourselves, wondering when we were gonna get sprayed with saliva ..... ! Fortunately, when he sprayed, others got it, not us !!

He was a star, a true megastar !! RIP

RIP Barry. I was lucky enough to see Dame Edna’s Glorious Goodbye performance here several years ago - it was pants-wettingly funny. I’ll buy some gladiolas today in memory. If it rains this week, that’ll likely be Barry up there, making them laugh.

Genius. Pure genius.

RIP to a one-of-a-kind legend.

Funniest man I have ever seen on stage. Or on tv or in film.

A great loss; both Sir Les and the Dame were brilliantly conceived and incredibly funny. To see both in one evening was a real treat. Truly a long and illustrious life - thank you Barry.
