Since we have another tour thought I do this new topic: Not sure if it’s been covered. Please describe your concert shirts, fave ones and amount you have. My collection not sure but guessing I have bout 25-30. Most are from concerts, a few from store, a few bootlegs from concerts. My fave would be the one circulating since 2013 the Evolution shirt with 16 tongues very cool shirt,

Glad I'm not the only one! Though suspect I don't have as many as that.

Before giving away many of them I believe I had somewhere up to 200 rock and roll shirts.

I wear them out and then order some new ones.

Love the black ones with blue tongue. Also what i wear to stones concerts.

I do have other bands(Bruce, Rod Stewart, Elton, Genesis, Heart, etc)too but recounted my Stones I got 40.

I don’t think I ever owned a Stones T shirt

I think I have two left. Right? Yes. One grey with a big red toungue and one red with a grey photo of the band from 1971.

I have a brown t-shirt with a gold lock illustration on the front in the form of the Stones tongue. Bought it at a flea market a few years back. It's from the No Security Tour. Don't know if it's bootleg or not, but someone's selling one for $124.95 on ebay.

What I'd like to have is a Steel Wheels shirt from the Los Angeles gigs where Guns and Roses opened for them. Guns and Roses are on one side, the Stones on the other.

I wash my shirts in cold water with any detergent used for wool such as Woolite if that is available in your country.

Is it the shirt with the Lancaster bomber on the back with tour dates? I bought mine at the Milwaukee stop on the NS tour. Not a bootleg

at my very first Stones concert in 1990.

My first shirt was a Steel Wheels shirt that I wore to death. I currently like the No Filter ones a lot.

My first was this, that my father bought outside Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez, when they played here for the first time...

I have to say the shirts do not have as much meaning to me as they used to. There is a different one for each city now and some of the ones lately have not been very appealing to me. I however have a 12 year old niece who is in charge of the shirt collection so I guess I get them for her.

My most recent favvorite shirt is the orange Sweet Virginia shirt which was hard to get.

Not an exact fit for this thread title but I have the shirt from the 1992
X-Pensive Winos New Years Eve show at the Academy in NYC.
Pearl Jam opened for them.

Wow that’s quite the collection.

I started posting a daily shot of my different Stones shirts back on November 3. I'm still posting with no end in sight.

They should sell replicas of truly class Stones t-shirts going back to the early 70s at the concerts. Or would that let them know that their current batches are lame?

My top shirt is undoubtedly the shirt Keith wore at Altamont, he also wore it at many other 1969 shows and even as late as the Roundhouse in 1971. My second best clothing item is Mick's 2013 Hyde Park butterfly jacket.

I own shirts worn by Mick, Keith and Ronnie from later tours too. I don't have any Charlie shirts but I do have a Charlie 1972 jewelled velvet suit from Granny Takes A Trip. The only type of clothing I have a complete set of are shoes! Well complete with a post 1975 line up, although my Mick shoes are 1972.

Outside of stage worn stuff I collect crew and promo clothing as well as concert shirts.

All my concert shirts from the 80s I ended up using them to polish my car! Didn't have many Stones, just Steel Wheels and Voodoo tour shirts. Other bands included: Van Halen 81/82/84, Judas Priest 82/84, Motorhead 82, Maiden 82/83, Springsteen BITUSA, assorted Motley, AC/DC, Def Leppard, Whitesnake, Scorpions, Seger, etc.
I cringe when I look on ebay what people are asking for them these days!

I once vacationed at a venue that paired same sex single vacationers. Long story short, the girl who I roomed with stole my tattoo you teeshirt. Bitch!

My coolest one is from the German shows in 1982. It's going on Ebay soon as it's just sitting in storage.
