It seems that the tour was delayed because someone in the Stones camp has an injury - no mention who it might be - and it’s hoped that the tour will be rescheduled once the person is recovered. Pics of Mick have also shown up recently, and it has been noted that he doesn’t seem to have an injury. Amateur sleuths… smiling smiley

Okay, I didn't know it was delayed due to a component injury.

Notwithstanding the injury, logistics/booking venues will undoubtedly pose a problem the longer this drags on. There's a lot more acts touring this year than there was back in 2021 when the Stones were able to reschedule the postponed 2020 shows for the fall.
