I guess I have to point out that this "rumour" of Paul McCartney recording with The Stones is not as absolutely far fetched as everyone seems to think.

Here's a well documented example of Paul happening to be in a studio, hearing something by someone else, and volunteering to add something to the track.

I would not put it past him to do just that for a Rolling Stones track - after all he did help with their first hit.

I must admit that what personally blows my mind about that, is that the credits on the song (Plum/Kelly/McCartney) include Paul Kelly, and he - without the slightest shadow of a doubt is the dominant musician in Australia at this time.

I wonder why Paul would appear on an album with a " blues cover band"

Personally, I would prefer it be a Stones album and not a bunch of guests.

I'd put it at 50% chance for Paul guesting, and probably 90% chance or better for Dua Lipa. I don't think someone would take pictures of picks and a mixing board for a casual visit. In my view it certainly implies that she was recording. Paul probably would drop by for a visit. Stevie Wonder, I just don't know. If he was in town for Elton John too, then maybe it was just for a friendly hello.

Maybe McCartney could do a blues duet vocal
with Keith of Frank Honeyboy Patt's -- Blood Stains on The wall
