OT: Robbie Bachman RIP
Posted by: DGA35 ()

Randy Bachman announced that his younger brother Robbie passed away today. He said perhaps Jeff Beck needed a drummer!
Robbie was the drummer for Bachman Turner Overdrive (BTO) back in the 70s and during various reunions. Probably the biggest Canadian rock band in the 70s with hits like Taking Care of Business, Hey You, Roll On Down The Highway, You Ain't Seen Nothing Yet, Let It Ride, Four Wheel Drive, etc.

Rest In Peace Robbie.

my mom's first concert when she was 17 was at the ups field house in tacoma wa in 1974 to see bto

she worked her way to the front and got to slap randy's hand

one of my earliest memories is driving around with my mom and singing along to ain't seen nothing yet over the radio

Doc:

We both started our threads out with the same original comment. I sure hope Fred Turner is doing ok.
