You missed the key word "back."

That’s still not true . The album didn’t even chart in the UK. And only 59 in the States

I agree. Not his best work. Never put him back on the map. Never left. Cool cover though. That’s about it

It got him back out on tour again, that's more what I was referring to.

Yeah but shortly after he went AWOL and was largely absent in the 90s (apart from Crazy Legs but that was just covers) . I remember picking up a Guitar Magazine in 1995 where he was on the cover and was excited to read about his plans for a new album but nothing came out of it until 1999.

Interesting to see that Ronnie's name isn't there.

...and whether it may be added, depending on the rescheduling of other committments much discussed around these parts.

A nice ot of performers to honour the great talent. But where's Ronnie, he sounds like fitting there well? Busy with something else..

EDIT: I was slow. Spud already made the same observation.

No Ronnie on the list...
now I fear that he is the one with the injury.
Hope he gets there, kicks ass and the event is a huge success.

RIP Jeff Beck.

He was at Jeff Beck's funeral to say goodbye to one of his best musical friends. Ron is likely fine.

So far 2023 is a very bad year.
Jeff Beck, David Crosby, Gary Rossington ...
Hope it will not go on like this.

I not only miss Ronnie on the list above.
What about Jimmy Page. He is a must to join.

The funeral was before the tour got postponed. Anything could have happened.

Here's a link to the WheresEric website that has info on the Beck shows. This site is usually up to date, and accurate, therefore a good source for info on these shows:

[www.whereseric.com] ... lbert-hall

I would think that Ronnie, even though not listed yet, for sure would be there barring some unforeseen circumstances. Mick maybe but I'm not sure he fits in with the "guitar" crowd. I know Beck played on Mick's solo stuff but.....

Regarding Jimmy Page in my opinion I think Page will be there. Whether or not he picks up a guitar I don't know. I also doubt that his presence will be advertised ahead of time - in part because he won't actually be performing.

Let's also remember that Mick had Beck play with him at the White House pretty "recently" (in Stones years) !

Wonder if Jan Hammer or Carmine Appice will be there?

You would think these two would have been on the list from the start.

Surprised Chrissie Hynde is not on the list as well.

And it was one of Micks most memorable and greatest solo outings thanks to Jeff Beck.

I guess they put some names on the list to be able to start selling tickets. Later they might add some more names – maybe also depending on the ticket sales.

It will make for a great DVD. (Except the big black hole of Jeff Beck not being on it.)

Pretty sure Billy Gibbons will perform 'Rough Boy'.
This was Jeff's favorite ZZ Top song.
Billy and Jeff performed it several times together on stage.
