Rest in peace, Gianluca Vialli

I remember him well from his time with Chelsea.

The mid-90’s was an exciting time in English football. It was far less international, so when these greats’ of European football joined the Premier League, it really was an event. Now, it’s so different.

RIP Luca Vialli

An amazing player, great manager/coach, and always seemed a really good guy off the pitch.

V sad day. Far too young.

I fixed it and sorry for my forgetfulness....but I think life is more important than a stupid OT

Well forgive me but I clicked on it only because I thought it was someone unknown to me in the Stones universe. Otherwise I probably wouldn’t have.

I remember he was one of the 6 players in my first Pannini packet for the 1990 WC. As a Gooner I also remember the League Cup tie at Highbury in early 1999 where Vialli got the better of us.

A true legend.
RIP
