Great to see another upset!

Have to be impressed with Morocco, exceeding many expectations. They are the last non-European or non-South American team standing. And to think that the only goal they have surrendered thus far was an own-goal to Canada makes quite a strong statement about their defence/goalkeeping.

One of the best games of the tournament so far. This was the best display of defense I've seen. In the PK's the Spanish goalkeeper committed too soon for the kicks and Morocco had some easy goals. On the other hand, the Morocco goalkeeper waited until the last moment before committing to the play and got some clean blocks.

Cristiano Ronaldo with the sub bib on for Portugal. He is not in the starting eleven. Can the Swiss pull an upset? Doubtful, but anything is possible.

If you miss 3 penalties in a row, then it's over and out. Regardless. Congrats to Morocco.

Professional players, playing the big leagues, making a couple of million euros a year (just a guess), some of the considerably more than that,

Finally a surprise. Also good news for England or France. All kudos to Morocco, Switzerland and Portugal, but the route to the final is a bit easier now when Spain is out of way.

I'm afraid it's close to impossible cos the Swiss are not inspired at all.

I think Brazil and Portugal will go through. Argentina vs The Netherlands is harder to call, but I'd wager that Argentina have the edge. It could be a close one.

England vs France is the big one and will probably garner the most talking points. As a proud Englishman, I just hope we can do it.

I've got the Netherlands winning (after regulation) and Brazil (in regulation) today.

it's 50/50, each team can do it and it might get up to the penalty session.
