Got my copy too last week and I love it.

This book is the result of thorough and devoted research, a collection beautifully put together by loving fans for loving fans.

The many chapters include biographical notes about Charlie, reports about all his solo releases, personal anecdotes, stories about the origins and appeal of Boogie Woogie, the creation of the ABC&D quartet, album and concert reviews, rare photos, magazine covers, press clips and a lot more.

Charlie would have really loved this book, also as [public] reminder of his rich musical spectrum outside the Rolling Stones which I am sure he has always been very proud of.

Yes the book is really great.
For me also with many facts about Charlie that I didn't know before.
It's nice that some of my photos were used for the book and that I was able to attend the book presentation with a few friends (on November 12th).
In addition to Olaf Böhme, Axel Zwingenberger was also present and answered everything he was asked about his memories of Charlie and the time with ABC & D of Boogie Woogie in a completely unconstrained manner.
Thank you Olaf for the really nice evening and the great book!
I can really recommend the book to anyone who might need a gift for Christmas, so as i.winking smiley

From 2009 to 2013 Axel was Charlie’s band mate in this excellent Boogie Woogie formation. Axel himself took part in the origin of the book with many stories and photos.

Great book about Charlie for any RS fan and collector, with many interesting facts, rare photos and articles, also well beyond his role in the ABC&D quartet.

Yes, a really good book with some stories that I didn't know before (for example the story of ABC & D-members (including Charlie) inspecting trains/locomotives in the Dresden depot) and a lot more.
I am also proud that some of my private photos were used for the book.
A "must have" in my book collction thumbs up
