On the basis they don't usually play two consecutive nights, this schedule does not leave much room for additional/small venues to be added - particularly in the UK.........unless the original rumour of a few UK dates at the start of the tour turn out to be true!! Here's hoping!

The choices of the dates for the 2 venues in France are good. I thought they would play in marseille. They choose Nice. Gazza should be happy about that.
I am surprised of only one date in Netherland up to now and so many gigs in UK.
Great to have themn Wembley. 2 shows . A lot of Stadium Gigs everywhere : nice farewell.

Look at the gaps in the schedule. There will be more shows for sure.

Agree with you. They should add more venues in the Netherlands and Spain. And apparently Switzerland is missing.

Still have not find out.
Any news about some more shows in the Netherlands ?

More shows are usually added when a first show is sold out during the public sale, not during the pre-sale.

But aren't those extra shows always in the same venue? That would mean we have been hoping in vain for anything other than the Amsterdam ArenA (where I won't go for sure).

Yes, but like previous tours, other cities are added later on as well.

There is a 6-day gap between Milan and Athens. It could happen.

So we're stuck with warhorse stadium shows in the UK then???

It seems that there is very little difference in set lists between Stadium and arena shows on this tour.

Re The Phoenix Park - it's reassuring that it'll be general admission. At least most people will have a fighting chance of getting a decent vantage point. Re The Pope there...heh - my parents were at that. Disgusted that he didn't do Sympathy for the Devil, if memory serves...grinning smiley

You must be very primitive.

I have been living in Belgrade for last two years. There is nothing wrong with Belgrade,it's just your average big city. It's not the most beautiful city in the world but it's fine.I invite all of the European Stones fans to include Belgrade on their list of shows they plan to visit.I plan to visit Budapest or Zagreb show as well. It's great that The Stones will finally play many shows in my region.

If you see the dates there is still a lot of space for other dates.
I am sure they will kick of more.
But arena days are gone and I am disapppointed very disappointed, but well at least we get them in Europe
