well when i say rough i mean keith was rough

not all the shows in 17-18 were bad and even the bad ones had there moments but i rank those two personally as the worst of the post 2012 tours by year
Which shows have you been to in 17/18? Which one would you rank as "the worst"?
in person none so i respect the opinion of those who there as having more weight then mine
none of the shows i would call terrible or anything just overall not as good as what came before or after
off the top of my head hamburg, munich and lucca in 2017 and even those as i said have there moments and i agree with others that the paris shows were great
in 2018 dublin onward until about 2/3 thirds thru the tour then they improved quite a bit and knocked the rust off somewhat with prague and berlin being favorites of mine and 2018 in general being a bit better then 2017

He even pissed himself, as I recall, although I don’t remember anyone talking about it at the time. No, it was truly unbearable.

The best between 2012 and 2022? The first O2 show in 2012 was magnificent from Paint It Black onwards, but I also really loved the shows I saw in 2022.

Just looked at that setlist and it has a lot to like that wasn't in the Atlantic City PPV -- "Play With Fire", "One Hit (To the Body)", and "Dead Flowers" -- along with the extended playlist from the official release.
I've heard "One Hit (To the Body)" from Toronto (Swinging Pig) and while it does sound very good, would love to hear it properly mixed and balanced.

It's unfortunate they've done SFTD with the Casio backing track since 1989 with Charlie appearing at the very end.
IORR... not much better.
Obviously much better shows later on. The 2019 New Orleans show I saw was fantastic although Keith totally blew the first 5 hours of Gimme Shelter.
This is difficult to listen to. Forget that it's YouTube - that doesn't matter.

He started the show a bit rough, but it was a good show altogether. Mr D and Play With Fire were great. I was there.
Well, that doesn't surprise me too much; over the years, Keith has worn some pretty 'interesting' trousers on stage!

If we need something from 2013, I used to think Echoplex just based on the cool set list. But if the actual performance is as rough as some people are saying, then I'd champion Philly 2 or Glastonbury.

I think a blu-ray with Le Trabendo + Echoplex would be cool for the fans. Throw in a few rehearsal bonus tracks too.
Both performances were a bit rusty. But who cares, I think their rusty "warming up the gears" kind of sound is enjoyable.
Cirkus, Stockholm 2003 would be nice if the pro-shot is available. Stray Cat Blues was a trainwreck. But they played fantastic versions of Start Me Up, Heartbreaker, That's How Strong My Love Is and Sympathy for the Devil etc.

I've said it before and I will say it again - Light The Fuse is a no-brainer. It's already been released once officially as a download, so the audio is ready. Plus a lot of the video is on the Biggest Bang box set, so I am pretty sure it was all recorded. The setlist is killer too for a late-era Stones show.
Also, Glastonbury would be a good call. Although I don't know - maybe the BBC owns that.
