Keith Richards current 'named' Capo question
Posted by: midimannz ()

Hi all, can someone point me to the Capo Keith has (His has his name on it) on the Tele in 2022 tour?. I'm curious to compare what's different enough for him (or Pierre) to have an individual model on his gear list

Thank you, but the twitter app doesn’t identify the brand

I might be wrong but I would surmise it’s an Ernie Ball. I’m saying that because he uses Ernie Ball strings live. Maybe you can contact them and ask.

They're great capo's. I've had mine for a while. Johnny Marr uses this brand, too.

My Shubb capo accompanies me since decades...never let me down. No need to change just because Keith changed to G7.

Give it a try. With my Shubb I always had to retune, with the G7 I rarely have to for some reason I don't understand. Could be the combination of the capo and my guitar is better
