In Mexico we know as Dados Cargados or Tirador de Dados, as the lyric context is related to one person, "call me the tumbling dice" -> "Llamame el Dados cargados" or "Llamame el tirador de dados"

The YouTube thing is not accurate, apparently. This article incorrectly claims the Stones did the YouTube dump but does say ABKCO did it.
There were a large number of Rolling Stones performances that were slated to reach the public domain in the European Union as they reached their 50th birthday, but an interesting YouTube strategy apparently by ABKCO Music & Records, which administers the rights to the band’s 1960s catalog, may have averted that from happening.

The updating of a copyright is through official release for sale (which seems very strange since establishing a copyright originates with registering).
Pursuant to the “use it or lose it” provision (Directive 2001/77/EU, Art. 3(1)), recordings are only entitled to the 20-year extension if they are offered for sale to the public before the expiration of the original 50-year term. Consequently, pre-1963 works that were not released to the public before December 31, 2012 have now fallen into the public domain in Europe. Indeed, “reissue labels” have wasted no time exploiting valuable material that lost copyright protection at the end of last year from artists like the Beatles and Bob Dylan.

But if ABKCO did intentionally muck up these audio files, upload them to this random YouTube account, and only had them visible for a day, Rosen says it’s questionable whether that meets the directive’s threshold of releasing the recordings to the public.

I'd like to know what it's all about. I've already set up a file named "The Rolling Stones official lyric videos - new series". Will be watching for additions to this "developing series" (a whole 2 of so far).

ABKCO has been doing this with songs they still control for quite a while. With varying degrees of success. Some are just almost straight music and lyrics like Sympathy. But some of the ones from Satanics Majesties are quite good. I don't know what it means, or it's just a way to keep the songs in public view and maybe pick up some new buyers. It's not like I would buy a collection of them. Especially when there's real promo films out there like Have You Seen Your Mother Baby.
