If a new tour ever happens, how much do you guys think PIT tickets will be? I doubt they will still be $500 in 2024. I’m guessing they’ll go up at least $100. I don’t care because I’ll get LDs, but just wondering…

Without Charlie they should lower the prices, not raise them. Wish they would stop.

Bet you'd go if someone shouted you a pit-ticket ....

Lucky dips are probably best in secondary markets. Don't go for them in major markets like NY/LA because they'll mostly be nosebleeds, like mine were.

I guess that depends on one's luck. For the second show at SoFi stadium in L.A. 2021 , we ended up with PIT tickets.
For the first show show, I was given lower bowl seats in the VIP section about a third of the way back from the stage (apprx. 50 yd. line).
After the opening band, was able to maneuver my way in to a VIP lounge with a complimentary gourmet buffet, and from there had direct access to the floor where I ended up at the b-stage.

Transport of the stage(s) will determine that.
That's part of it, but not the only determining factor. But yeah, logistical + production costs have certainly gone up.

Diesel is incredibly high and probably will be for quite some time. I haven't seen anything recently about "how many trucks" for the recent stages it took and how many they had moving around but no matter what it's very expensive. And of course that gets factored into ticket pricing.

I wonder if they were planning to reuse the cheap fold-up porta-stage with the corny carnival-like gaudy design that was used in Europe. Definitely cutting corners, and a money saver for the band with that one, but I dont think those savings would be passed on to the fans. But if they do come back to the US, hoping for an entirely different stage...even back to the giant towers of the No Filter tour...that was amazing, cutting edge, visually appealing, and classy.

I wish all this talking about tickets and dips would be relevant cause it would mean there is a tour coming up.

Dynamic pricing has got really bad in the USA.
I remember PIT tickets were dynamically priced in the USA in 2019 but I managed to get a PIT ticket for face value, $499, in like March 2019.
