Agree, the only one I've never listened to much is Not For Beginners. I should probably listen again once or twice, maybe I would like it more.
It's not the easiest listen. But for us, who know the history, and how that album came about, it makes sense. He was in rough shape; the songs are nothing but sketches, but for me that is why it is powerful.

Some of Wood's solo albums take a little longer to appreciate.
I love all 8 of them. 'Now Look' was my first album by him. The album easily is 50% about Womack too.
