Sadly we can't be there today due to our COVID infection. Have a blast everyone, enjoy the show and I hope for some setlist changes. I suspect they'll replace 19th Nervous Breakdown with either Let's Spend The Night Together/IORR or they'll pull out Mothers Little Helper. A new opener could be a possibility too. They did that at all multi stops through the last years. Enjoy everyone!!! It's show day!!

It's show day, woo-hoo! Here's to a very cool day for all attending...my Covid-ridden ass is looking forward to following the show here later on.

Are you sure the entrance for Gold circle East is Southern entrance?

To buy a t-shirt at the site do you need cash?
Or can you pay by card/phone/etc?

I'll get there around 3 PM, in time for the first opening act. See you in Hyde Park, weather looks nice!

Yes - South and slightly to the East. If in doubt, ask security. They were helpful last week. If you start queueing now, you should still get a good spot. I was in Gold Circle East last week, joined the queue at noon and made front row.

It was last week so I think it'll be the same today There are big signs everywhere directing you in the right direction. You can't miss that. Hyde Park Corner is the nearest tube stadion! See map above!

Everything is cashless. If you have an Amex card go to one of their little caravans or the lounge and get a wristband so you get 5% off everything which makes things a bit cheaper - sorry I mean less expensive!!

Whoooohooo! Heading down there in a couple of hours, with my children (12, 12 and 9 years old) - for their second Stones show.

Getting excited now, maybe see some of you down there!

From the general FAQs (Event Restrictions & Prohibited Items) - [www.BST-Hydepark.com] :

"On concert days no food or drink is permitted to be brought into the event, with the exception of water in unopened plastic containers of up to 500ml.
There are a wide variety of licensed bars and catering open throughout the event, as well as free water points."

I snuck a couple of protein bars and some glucose tablets in on Saturday, no problem. Sandwiches might be tougher.

I got in with packets of mints. I got sandwiches taken off me in 2013.

Mixed emotions for me

Never felt more nervous in my life. I'm immunosuppressed, been hiding away past two years. So I'll be the weirdo in the mask

I'm not used to going out. London is my home but Hyde Park always confuses me

Is Hyde Park corner the nearest tube to Diamond VIP entrance?

Is it walking distance from Victoria station?

Guess I'll see some of you there. I'll be easily spotted in my mask!

The Diamond VIP entrance is at Gate 17C on the west side of the festival site.

If you're walking from Victoria, it's a 20 minute walk to Hyde Park Corner (the southeast corner) so you might just as well enter the park from there and walk up to the Diamond VIP gate.
