Yep, unfortunately. From the FAQs by [www.fanSALE.de] :

"Delivery restrictions - Please note: Deliveries are only possible within Germany. Delivery to mailboxes, Army Post Office (APO) and / or Packstations is unfortunately not possible."

but since they diliver with UPS you can try to get it delivered to an UPS shop in Germany and pick it up there (note: that this might work but there's not guarantee that it does. Try to contact the seller as well as UPS Germany for more information)

I had a ticket for Gelsenkirchen delivered to a packstation (LAS Lieferadressservice) near the boarder and it worked just fine.

I have a pal going to the show and wanted to ask for some info to pass along...

Thanx BV! Saw them last time around bigger Bang in New York and now I'm glad to see them again

Some help from the locals, it will be my first time in Berlin, I arrive on Tuesday and leave on Thursday very early in the morning, where would be more suitable to stay, near the central station or near the zoological garden station? Both to return from the concert, and to catch some transport early in the morning (around 03.30 AM) to go to the airport.

On the other hand, suggestions for transportation? Airport round trip, and go to the Waldbühne round trip.

Yes, I actually have a spare ticket for the Pit as one of our friends now can't travel, and I tried to sell it via FanSale but the seller also needs a German address and as I don't live in Germany this is not an option, With printed tickets it's also not possible to sell on some other platforms

And from what I understand: when you're in Berlin, the 9 euro ticket to travel with public transport is also valid for the whole month of August. German fans should be able to confirm this.

No worries. Berlin has great public transport. I find the most convenient to stay close to main S-Bahn route. Of course close to some station. My preference is staying around Charlottenburg.

what has secondary market to do with a concert being a sellout or not? i didn't see any tickets available on Eventim for weeks now so I pressumed it would all be sold out. That's why I asked where these tickets are available...
