"...Mick's in hospital." ???!!!
Wow, I certainly hope that isn't the case, or if it is simply because they're being really cautious. I have COVID right now and wasn't even a thought I need to go to hospital.

I do believe I was hearing a soundcheck at around 4:20pm, where I could hear "She's A Rainbow" and "Connection" while walking around outside the stadium.
Some sources are saying Mick felt something, I guess when he was singing, then testing, and these days you get test results pretty fast.
Unfortunately the test came out positive for Covid-19.
The bad news are the fact that covid-19 may be like a bad laryngitis, hopefully Mick has got a mild version. Worst case others on stage may have got infected, we don't know how close Mick has been to other band members.
the man who made the announcement from the stage said that there has been a soundcheck => [www.youtube.com]
This guy also posted about charlies gig. So while very wrong, he is an insiderQuote

Kurt is quoting me - My source is Ben Waters (a friend of the band and in Amsterdam) saying so on his facebook page. It certainly isn't definitive. In fact Ben has now deleted the post so looks like it's untrue - thank goodness.

Did you see my reaction to the quote... ???!!!
Chill out, PaintMonkeyManBlack, this is a fluid situation that sucks for everyone involved. No need to attack anyone at this point.

Ben Waters has been reported as saying this on Facebook.

as I said before: going to a hospital doesn't mean that Mick's has been hit hard. If he had been hit hard he would have noticed it before he went to the stadium. Thus I guess he was brought to hospital rather for further examination/testing and observation

Once you test positive, it is important to take action. I am not that worried about Mick's health, he is fit and fine, but the fact that a revenue loss per show show is in the size of USD 10 million means they need him to get well as soon as possible, with minimum side effects like laryngitis.
