The stream. If the connection is bad the stream will send slower and if it gets better it will send the rest at a higher speed. Makes sense for a conversation so that no words are missing but not so much for music

Its the stream. Its speeds up when youre behind on the ''live'' and it slowes down when the connection is not good.
