I don't think Jagger has that kind of humor. Beside that: Opening with a song that is not very well known amongst casual fans won't work well in a stadium

I have a hunch that it's going to be ADTL this time. I imagine it as a nobrainer that nobody ever thought about

I’m looking forward to this afternoon. This is my 4th tour attending stadium rehearsals and I’m very happy hearing this set list and with the sound outside. Yesterday’s 5pm is a later start than previous rehearsals but Madrid seems to do everything late and it is hot. They have always been like clockwork on previous tours, arriving in the same order and at the same time everyday. But it could change.

The supporting members arrive by van, everyone inside wearing masks. Ronnie, Keith and Mick arrive in their own individual cars also with everyone inside masked. It is fun to be near the stadium entrance waving to and occasionally interacting with the band members as they come and go. I mention the masks as I believe COVID protocols cut down on their ability to interact with or to invite in fans.

Show Wednesday, Tuesday off leaves tomorrow and today for rehearsals. I am guessing tomorrow a full dress run through of Wednesday’s show. Today it would be wonderful to hear yesterday’s set list or something like it again.

There are regular posters from here on IORR hanging around rehearsals in Madrid. Thanks Domonkos for also posting the set list. I would not like the pressure of having to be spot on accurate that I would feel if I were the only one. Drinking a few beers, smoking a few…let’s hope for another fun afternoon.
