It’s excellent they are landing some great interviews for this documentary. Glad Keith was one of them. Nicky added so much to the Stones music - on record and in concert.

I love how the trailer above has interviews of all these famous rock stars as well as Harry Shearer, the legendary Derek Smalls from Spinal Tap. Also does many voices on The Simpsons including Mr. Burns, Smithers and Ned Flanders!

The piano parts that Nicky plays on ANGIE are very touching. I remember when the Stones hitsong came out (I was a kid) listening to his piano arrangments and be emotionnally transported by it. It's an amazing song created by Keith but Nicky takes it to the next level of beautiful. My favorite Nicky's work with the Stones. Thank you Nicky for all your fabulous piano artistry.

I think his work on She's A Rainbow is his standout Stones track. And I love when it's just him and Bill at the beginning of Monkey Man. It's too bad there aren't extremely talented sidemen the group can pull in for albums any longer. Hopkins, Preston, Bobby Keys, were so individualistic.

Just saw today that they are trying to crowdsource funding to get this thing released. You will be listed in the credits, with different titles, depending on how much you donate.
I don't know what they need, and I know I'm being an idealist, but it would be cool if one or some of the big artists who benefitted from Nicky's fine playing, would pony up some dough to get this finished and out there.

I found it remarkable how when I put on "Let's see action" from The Who, a friend with no knowledge who Hopkins was immediately said "This also sounds like the Stones"
