Very rarely an act cuts a record where every song could be a hit.

Michael Jackson - "Thriller" - (best-selling album of all time) - Wikipedia:

"He wanted to create an album where 'every song was a killer' ... why can't every one be like a hit song? ... why can't every song be so great that people would want to buy it if you could release it as a single?"

2022 SACD by MFSL - [MoFi.com] , Vinyl by MFSL - [MoFi.com] , 40th Anniversary 2CD - [SuperDeluxeEdition.com] .

Saw David Gray’s White Ladder 20th Anniversary show in Glasgow last night. After the first Greatest Hits set and a 20 minute intermission, Gray and the band took the stage again and performed the White Ladder album from beginning to end. Please Forgive Me…Babylon…This Years Love…Sail Away…Say Hello, Wave Goodbye. Mass singalong ensued and filled the arena.

TBHWY the second set sounds more like a Greatest Hits show than the first lol.

The Telegraph gave 5/5 to his Dublin show. The tour will continue with a few open-air UK and Irish dates and then North America, Oceania and finish in South Africa (not sure what happened to the originally announced European tour, though — maybe next year?). This is a must see for Gray fans, especially those who were enamored of White Ladder, a home recording that ended up in one of the greatest albums ever.
