Is it safe to say that this collection leaves every other Stones collection on the planet in the dust? Surely this is the biggest trove in existance. The Stones should show up.

You're quite right PR2000, the items NOT on display in the museum are huge in quantity and high in quality.......but there is only so much space! (not forgetting those other gems which are currently on tour with 'Exhibitionism')

I wasn't 100% sure I would be ready and I am still not sure how much press I want. It's a private museum for me to enjoy with the Stones community. I will probably do a little press but be selective.

Engagement with "The Press" always ends badly. Murdoch didn't get to be one of the most powerful people on the planet by being nice to everyone and always keeping his word - and that "culture" (sic) pervades throughout the media.

IMHO there are a million compelling reasons why you should keep the place just for the Stones community.

But, whatever you think of my comment, can I urge you most strongly not to engage with "The Press" until a few weeks after the end of the current tour!!

The door is discreet, frosted with no sign (for fairly obvious reasons) please just ring the bell.

The easiest way from Bermondsey tube is to turn left when leaving the tube. Turn left into the church yard immediately after the Gregorian pub. Pass diagonally in front of the church and turn right down Spa Road passing the Co-op supermarket on your left. Continue under the railway and past some flats with shops on your left. You will get to Neckinger (it's a street) where the Old Town Hall is. Pass the Old Town Hall and turn right immediately past the Sainsbury's onto Arts Lane (a pedestrian street).

Matt Lee, Thank you for sharing your collection by opening this museum! And thank you for sharing your extensive knowledge of Ronnie Wood art!

The space is awesome with great care having been taken to offer a great Stones experience through their memorabilia. Matt is a fun character who takes the time to converse with and answer questions from all guests. Visit if you can!
