Nothing interesting, they just talk about the song Strange Game by 2 minutes or 3...

Not that bad...He talked a bit about new song, how we wrote it and so on, mentioned James Brown, then a word about new tour and Hyde Park (weather matters!) ;D

The only chart debut worldwide for the new song is on the UK Top 200 Download Singles at #112, sales must be close to 300-400 copies.

I imagine a majority of those copies sold were purchased from members of IORR, Shidoobee, and Rocks Off .
And the rest maybe from Mick and some of his family members, young and old alike, including great grand children.

That Mick has a knack for doing theme songs/sound tracks. You gotta hand it to him. He's really good at it.

The last episode came out yesterday. I think they played the entire song for the first time over the end credits.

Again, the song fit the series perfectly. And the series was excellent.

I find it disappointing that this is another release where i can't buy physical product. To date, this one is probably the least of his solo releases but I would've picked up a copy had that been an option.

sounds like they might Hard Rock Casino this whole tour (nothing noteworthy or ceremonious)

You can’t be serious thinking that “Hard Rock Casino” is a slight in any way. Or the show itself wasn’t noteworthy? And could you tell me when this band in last 3 decades has been doing anything remotely “ceremonial” for themselves?

Just the fact they performed in a small setting to end a US Leg and maybe “Unfiltered” in of itself is a statement by the band.
Giving us a shorter set up close and personal was just fine for 98% of us.
I was happy to watch camera in pocket except for a few quick pix so I could soak up what likely would be last small theater show I’d see. It’s been a long time since the Beacon Shows 15 years or so ago.
They put “Unfiltered” to bed and gave US fans a good show and can’t imagine many thinking that isn’t “noteworthy”.

They did 40’ rolling out songs/venues/albums us long timers wanted. They followed up with 50’ (used a pit and MT/BW albeit short) which was fine and became obvious the “celebrating” wasn’t their thing at all. Not to mention the behind the scenes stuff that had to have happened. So why on earth would anyone expect this band to do more than a marketing Tshirt blitz out of 60 years cause doing it onstage obvious is not their style.
