have a hard time believing these are legit. The uber-deluxe of all things must pass is only $80 on there?!

Now $49,85 but it says: "Order now and you'll get a random album from the Rolling Stones' 20 vinyl albums." That means you get 1 album for $49.85

So basically this is just some dude masquerading as an 'online store', breaking up his box sets and selling the records one by one.

Can you imagine going for it, thinking you were getting the whole box, and getting Dirty Work?

I did see that and I took it that he was selling the box, and in addition you'd get a random LP too which didn't make much sense to me LOL. This makes more sense now.

In a brief moment of poor judgment, I fell for it and purchased it. Even got a tracking number, but of course it did not arrive, although the tracking indicated it did
I quickly requested a refund and reported the scam to PayPal and thankfully was reimbursed without issue
This scam went away for a while and now has reared its ugly head

Oh, boy. This scam is almost year old. Those adds pop up regularly on Facebook under the companies of the different names.

The thing is to check their web site properly. First they were registered directly in China and it was listed on in the part of 'Contact Us' or they claim shipment from China in the part of 'FAQ'. Now they cover the operations better, so you can not find the origin of the shop on the web page.

But it is still the same scam that offers you China-made box of vinyl.

I am 100% positive that they open in China vinyl pressing plant and now vinyl collectors will face the same issues CD collectors had a few years back with Chinese counterfeit box sets.
