I hope they do not play royal albert hall.
It's easy to start a rumor because its easy for fans to think they want to see band play small room but they need to look at bands perspective why do it?
The band, management, promoter have made a great choice to play stadiums and big places- they can play to biggest crowd and have low ticket prices.
Back in 2013 for arena shows Tongue Pit tickets cost $1500 each now pit is maybe $500 because its bigger. Think with all the inflation and time to have cheaper prices!
If RAH holds 5272 do you make each ticket 2000 each? Some would pay others would scream. If you make each ticket 100 its not worth the time.
Regarding hard rock casino show- the venue was opened in late 2019-dark for covid- so it was almost basically brand new venue. Also owned by same people who own hard rock chain. Key point though is was at casino. Casino can afford to give a big guarantee because they will make money on hotel rooms (was $1200 a night on a tuesday to stay), restaurants, bars, casino. So out of the hard rock show band
1. got paid well
2. played a new place
3. develop relationship with hard rock chain
4. recorded the show- maybe for future release

A gig between hyde park gigs ? Sure
RAH ? Sure no, another place in London

They could do a SIXTY pay per view LIVE from the RAH...with special guests
This would be the biggest pay day of the tour.

Here we go with the Art of the Possible.
The Licks 2003 Astoria London gig tickets were £35.00 plus the booking fee.

They could do a one-night-only Blue & Lonesome Mick-Keith-Ronnie-Darryl-Steve RAH gig...
... but they won't.

True; calendarwise RAH is out of the question between both London gigs.
between HP #2 and BXL, however, possibilities are there.
Moreover, I tend to think like Infamy and RisingStone stated here: that a gig there would be most likely ànd suiable after this tour - maybe even well after (like, f.i., september '22)

I'd go with a 50th Anniversary Exile show of the whole album.
