ticketmaster of confusion…

From the official communication (e-mailings, Facebookevent) I couldn't make out what time the Lucky Dip office at the stadium in Brussels opens.
Anybody got any idea about that?
(I put the question to the organisation as well; but so far no reply...)

Must be at 4.00pm if they don't go for a drink until 6.00pm Everything is possible in Belgium, we have the proof now!!! oh where is m'y bottle of wine?

I just received the same mail.
So, in my account it says: LD tickets are canceled, which seems to be normal? Also priced as -€56,- (MINUS 56EUR)
I didn't get an email that my tickets were canceled, not a refund nor an email with a new paymentlink...
So everything is OK then?

Okay, okay, I just sent another e-mail to Katrijn about this..........

And normaly on your account your order number must be in blue and when you click on it you reach your bill. But not it's grey so impossible to get the bill which could be a problem...

so, I give up for today, it's almost 5.00pm, i don't expect a consistent answer neither from greenhousetalent nor ticketmaster....
Its incredible.
Hope there won't be a confusion in the date of the event so that the counter can open at the right day at the right time haha

Afther that Lucky dip adventure, the newspaper here consider the venue like a big event but i can see that the seats are realy hard to sell unlike when they came in Werchter.
Many people in the french part of Belgium give up the idea to go to the show because of the cost which is higher than in the other countries.
I don't feel big enthusiasm, it may be different in the dutch part of the country (it's usualy the case).
That can explain why there are still tickets on sale now in all categories.

We hear much about Ed Sheeran, the prices are very different, sold out for the first night and almost for the second in the same stadium King B. The scene is quite nice too anyway. No restriction of budget for him.
Yes i know the background of this artist is not the same, i just describe what i feel around me!

Sales are very good. Munchen and amsterdam looked the same before showday but looked very full on show date.

Also they have a million extra lucky dips to locate since yesterday

Just got an answer from Katrijn that everything is OK and I can collect my tickets Monday at de ticketcounter.

Voted for Faraway eyes as it was great last time I saw it in 2013, though hard to predict what might win...
Saw Beast of Burden at the second L.A. '21 show and they played it nicely, but I'd bet Rainbow or Dead Flowers will win.

I’ve been trying to transfer a ticket on Ticketmaster.be but it says ‘transfer unavailable’ and, clicking for more info, simply says ‘Unfortunately, transfer is not available at this moment.’ Is anyone (other than Lucky Dippers, who have suffered enough!) familiar enough with this site to know if this is likely to change nearer show time? Thanks!
