I was just comment saying I want my lucky dip to be on the stage,of course i know I can’t go on the stage,and the heart attack was meaning they have cancelled my lucky dip which will hopefully be sorted out that was all

Are most Lucky Dip Tickets cancelled or just some or all? Is there any kind of rule which tickets might not be cancelled? (I am asking as the original buyer I want to join cannot be reached at the moment)

Got the new payment link. Pretty sure it will be chaos monday anyway at the ld counter

When your payment exceeds the deadline, your reservation will be cancelled and the tickets will go on sale again.

Sorry for all who didn't get an e-mail. I can only imagine the frustration. Hope they solve everything fast.

I didn't get an email for TM.be Neither yesterday nor today. And my tickets are still canceled. What can I do???

That must be very stressfull. However in my e-mail the payment due date is 11 july. So pretty sure there will even be an option to pay at the location. My best guess is they will have a list with LD holders and the info if the money is there or not.

This just has every ingredient for a shitshow on monday.

Fortunately i bought LD for The Paris concert too as i expected problems in my own country. Realy a shit!!!

I will not use the link I have finally decided to remain to my B plan and to go for GA tickets.
For this show in Bruxelles there is really no fun to get LD, only stress and arguments at the counter between those with canceled tickets and not aware of it and incompetent employees not able to address these issues.
I pass my turn, and let concentrate on the show . Let’s rock

Yes me, but it's not a link for new LD tickets. It's a link with your confirmation number to repay your already bought LD's.

As not all LDs that have been cancelled have also been refunded I think this is not too easy to get sorted out.

But I am nonetheless confident they are working on it and will get it sorted out today.

What is a bit strange though is that a few LDs seem to have been available in general sale again. Wonder if this has any effect. But I think they could just raise the amount of LDs for GA without a problem.
