a kind of explanation might be that they printed out the LD tickets today and then made a mistake and canceled them accicentaly…

Mine got cancelled, too.
This is not very cool and I am very disappointed, honestly.

zero reason to cancel the tickets. Zero explaination. If its a mistake its still a problem because of the refunds. And we will probably only know monday 12.00 earliest.

I got the refund but I can't go anyway, so if someone else wants them they can have my link (if/when I get it) and buy it themselves, if it will work that way.

Does anyone know at what time the merch stands outside the stadium will open? Wasn’t able to grab some items at Amsterdam cause a lot was already sold out once I got there right before the show. Hope to be able to grab some in Brussels..

After seeing this thread I checked my account - my 2 LDs had been cancelled too, but I have not received an email nor a refund on my credit card. I bought 2 more LDs using the link above from Topi (thanks). and I will argue with my credit card company later if I am out of pocket. Truly awful service.

The only reason I can think of is that they oversold, maybe due to a change in the expected setup and the LDs are the easiest to cancel. Anyway, very weird.

check your TM account and see that they haven't given any reasons.

I think the best we can do right now is to flood their social media accounts with complaints, questions etc.

Of course you are right – what they did is completely unacceptable.

At least I have printed out my confirmation email and therefore I could go to the venue and demand the tickets (or I can try at least).

Very afraid they will enjoy their weekend and leave us hanging there. Damn…

Didn't receive an E-Mail or a refund but going to Ticketmaster they show up as cancelled! No way they can get thru with this!
