What's the best way to get back to the city centre after the show? How long will metro be operating on concert days?

On Ticketmaster.be I’m not able to transfer a ticket. Does anyone know if that function will be activated closer to show? Thank you!

is giving detailed Information for Transport on concert day.
Metro will be available until half an hour after midnight.

And if you have a ticket, you can enter a code into a vending machine and get your return ticket/event pass.

With your ticket, you have a return journey to King Baudouin Stadium. To get the ticket, you have to enter the code number of 9 numbers in a GO vending machine.

Interesting.... Ticketmaster cancelled my LD order today. Anyone else with this email? Contacted Ticketmaster, waiting for answer.

Weird I have just received a refund of my LD, the order has been cancelled ! What a bad surprise.

Luck Dip cancellation 2 days before the show ??????
Anybody has ever seen such a weird situation ?
I have now just bought 2 GA because I am travelling from abroad with my family and I could not take risk not having tickets for the show.
But I feel unhappy about this story.

Yesterday I asked for the procedere for the lucky dips because i cannot see them online.

there is no email – look into your TM account. There's just a short massage that the tickets are canceled and have been refunded

I think the best we can do right now is to flood their social media accounts with complaints, questions etc.

No i payed ideal, cancelled too

I payed with MasterCard.

It seems like they just canceled all LDs. Let's hope it's just some stupid mistake. Therefore we should all contact them immediately in every possible way (of course you can't ring the up…)

I payed with Credit Card and cancelled too

on TM website there's this useless information: 'We are at your service all day from Monday to Friday between 09u00 and 17u00. We try to answer most questions and inquiries within 24 hours.'

First storm warnings in munich, than last minute cancellation in amsterdam and now cancelled tickets before the show...

seems like someone wants to tell me not to go there

the only thing we can do is to travel to Brussels, go to the box office, pretend that we were not informed about the cancelation and demand out tickets

by far the worst f*ck up with TM so far

I van buy new dips tru the old link. But wont do it. I have my tickets they need to honor them
