I’m guessing you created an AXS account during your purchase? Download the AXS app to your phone, login with your account details, go to Your Tickets section, then Upcoming and you should see the HP Stones show with “Ticket delivery is pending”. Hope that helps.

Where did you download the app? I can't find it anywhere...
search for 'AXS' in the app store
there's no such thing as the 'BST" app that AXS tells you to use!

both with axs
and that was with signing into the queue on axs for HPI well after 10am
would advise skipping ticketmaster and going to axs
also, repeatedly told that diamond was sold out - but just kept asking again - and eventually got a pair
so don't be put off if your choice says sold out / unavailable

I got in with my smartphone first. Entered the ROCKSOFF code, chose Diamond VIP, it gave me the "something went wrong" error like a gazillion times, I just kept on it and finally had success.
Persistence is key I guess.

Your tickets will be delivered as Mobile ID via the BST Hyde Park festival app, which is a third party application. You can read more about how your personal information is used here. Details on how to download the festival app and access your tickets will be sent to you closer to the event.

Phew!
I had no problem, I refreshed the screen just once - and up it came. Easy, it was all over about 15 minutes after the presale started, that was the shortest queue ever.
So, Diamond Pit for me on 25/6 and GC East on 03/07 - might as well be on Sir Keith's side for one show and Sir Ron's side for the other. We need a third show, Sir Mick has to have his own side !

shows my tickets - though 'pending' as they won't be issued until 14 days before
axs tells you to sign up for the 'BST' app

categories and designation are a mess
no way to understand what we buy, names are different, Tier2 or not Tier2

Does anyone know the difference between "Diamond VIP Experience Tier 2" and "Ultimate Bar Diamond?" I assume they're both in the Diamond section, but there's a 200-pound difference!!
Never mind, just saw it up further back well behind Diamond. I wonder why they call it Diamond, its not even in that particular section

AXS is not Amex
I have the Ticketmaster app on my phone and that is where my tix have appeared - not sure where a BST app fits in
Amazingly I found Ticketmaster better than AXS this am but they both have ticket allocations so try AXS and try another browser for Ticketmaster if you can
