Well, I know that the name had to be given while purchasing but it kind of contradicts the idea of a lottery.
For other concerts they just pull them out of a box randomly.
Face masks are no longer required in Italy. No tests, no vaccine proof. No restrictions.
BTW.my partner slso comes from Japan.
The government has yet to officially decide.
Definitely NOT in Italy. 34 C degrees, full sun.
Any news after June 15 rules ?
Now I am understanding that Milan show is not 100% sure and anything can happen.
But I will depart on Sunday night and arrive at Milan Monday afternoon.
I was just in Italy (returned home yesterday) and was asked to wear a face mask on public transport. So if I were you, I would bring a face mask with me in case you are asked the same thing.

In case the show gets canceled he can most likely return the tickets.
In the case of Milan, it is simply sold out. That's why no tickets show up.
It's been like this for weeks now. I'd been checking almost every day.
From time to time a very limited number of tickets "reappear" on Ticketone, just to be sold almost instantly.

I noticed the 4am Terravision, but it would be too risky if any minimal delay happens on the way.
About the taxis, is there a reliable local company you'd recommend? Something like fixed prices to the airport, paying in advance with credit card, etc.

I see trains to Malpensa only start running later in the morning.
Do you know if there are, for example, any reliable night bus service directly from the center to the airport?

There are two different services (Melpensa Shuttle and Terravision) providing transferts to Malpensa from Milan but unfortunatly it looks like both don't have night rides.
Here is Malpensa Shuttle timetable
This is Terravision timetable
As you can see last ride is at 23.45 (MS) and first ride the day later at 4.00 (TV)
Looks really unlikely you can catch the last bus and the first one in the morning arrives at Malpensa at 4.50
I guess your best solution is to get a taxi from S.Siro directly to the airport, good luck with that
Taxi is a sort of public service here, so don't worry. You can't miss them: white cabs with the TAXI sign on the roof.

The fee for malpensa is fixed but it is not cheap 100 euro (it is a 40 m ride to malpensa)

What I would recommend is have dinner or a drink somewhere after the concert, and when you are finished ask the bartender to call a cab for malpensa. S.Siro area will be quite a "casino" (i.e. huge traffic jam) for at least 1 hour after the concert.
There is a tram (line 16) leaving from the square just in front of S.Siro . This will take you towards the centre. If you get down at the De Angeli station you will find lots of places that remain open until late.

As for COVID, i dodged it for two years in the states, and come over here and got it, same day as Mick. I've been sleeping in my hotel room for the last two days. Wear a mask! barely anyone here in Amsterdam has one on.
