I think so or that you have to pick it up at ticket office on the showday with ID. Or maybe we get that confirmation by mail 24h before the show

I just received the following email from Ticketmaster.nl

Dear DIMITRIOS,

Thank you for your message.
We are sorry to hear that you have to miss this event due to the changes.

To cancel your lucky dip ticket, please send us a clear picture of the tickets (including barcode) you received at the box office on June 13th. This way we can make sure the correct tickets are being cancelled.

After receiving the picture, we will cancel your tickets and a refund will follow within a few days. We will handle this via the same payment method as you’ve used before us. This might be Ideal, Credit Card, Paypal, Sofort, Klarna or by bank transfer.

Hopefully we've informed you sufficiently.

Have seen it before. No time for museums this trip. Besides the Stones and Ben Harper (after Cactus Festival in Brugges) my time in Amsterdam is going to be spent eatin, drinkin and smokkin.

When the first concert was cancelled, I had not exchanged my Lucky Dip voucher for tickets.
Due to scheduling issues, I asked for a refund of the purchase price.
Yesterday I received the following email:
"Thanks for your message.
We are sorry you have to miss the events due to the changes.
We've canceled your tickets and a refund will follow within a few days. We will handle this via the same payment method as you've used before us. This might be Ideal, Credit Card, Paypal, Sofort, Klarna or by bank transfer.

Not the same vibe building up to the 7th to be honest, hope it will come!

It was a great vibe there before the cancelled show, for sure. It will come back.

After the cancellation in Amsterdam it's not the same anymore, I have to say. You never know if there will be another cancellation until the start of the show or if you yourself will make it. This takes away from the excitement a bit.

I just tested positive today and won't make it to Amsterdam on Thursday and probably will miss Bruxelles, too. We'll see.

Only went from Pit to GC but also saw an entrance from GA to GC which will be also vice versa I guess. In GC you had drinks, toilets etc. You could also get back up behind the first ring where all the food/drinks stalls are.

If they do not change the configuration, you first enter GA, then after control you enter GC, then new control to enter pit. Probably possible to get out and in as often as you need/want.

That's why I think that they have to re-distribute the LDs. The band cannot play in front of an empty pit, or mid-empty.
On original date, there was a lot (impressive line) of VIPs with packages. Some coming from ... everywhere. Prety sure that all those will not be available, in addition to "normal" refund tickets.
Bad news (possible) for those who scored a good ticket. But we have no choice, just wait for the information, probably on the last 24 hours...

You purchased Lucky Dip tickets for The Rolling Stones show on 7 July 2022 (original date: 13 June 2022) at Johan Cruijff ArenA. Here’s what you need to know:

As part of the general on sale, a limited number of Lucky Dip tickets were sold at a special low price. The ticket locations are throughout the venue, including Side View, Upper Level and the Diamond Pit. You and your guest will find out your seat/location when you pick up your tickets the day of the show.

We will be using strict anti-scalper measures to ensure that these tickets go to Stones fans and don't end up on the resale market with wildly inflated prices. We appreciate your attention to the following, so that you have the best experience possible.


TICKET PICK-UP INSTRUCTIONS

If you already picked up your tickets on 13 June:

Your tickets from 13 June remain valid. Bring your tickets to the show.
Wristbands from 13 June are NOT valid. You and your guest must pick up a new wristband at the Box Office located at Johan Cruijff ArenA. Without a new wristband you cannot enter the venue.
Box Office pick-up time starts at 14.30
Your picture ID, your ticket and confirmation number are required for pick-up. You will not be permitted to pick up your tickets without these two (2) items.
Once you and your guest have the tickets in hand, you may be escorted directly into the venue. There may not be an opportunity to leave with your tickets before going into the show.
The assigned location is final and cannot be changed.
If we suspect any reselling or transfer of these tickets they will be immediately voided, and you will not be entitled to any refund.

But pit had own entrance right?

And did they scan the tickets from ga to gc and gc to pit?

Does anyone know if the aircraft call sign for the Stones is still ZS-NEX? This call sign is no longer appearing as active within the FlightRadar24 app, as I looked to track their Amsterdam arrival time.
